Frequently asked questions
If you choose to delete your SkillCat account, you will lose your learning progress and achievements on SkillCat. Once completed, this action cannot be undone.
To delete your account, follow the steps below -
1) Tap on the settings icon on the Home tab.
2) Open the 'My Subscription' section
3) Locate the text "To close your account and delete your data permanently, click here".
4) Tap on "click here".
5) Check the checkbox if you agree to the terms presented before you and then enter your account's password
Your account will be deleted within the next 72 hours.
You can update your profile name from the app. Follow these steps -
1. Open the SkillCat App
2. On the Home tab, tap on the Settings icon
3. Go to Edit Profile
4. If you have an EPA or any other certificate, you will see the option to 'Request Change', tap on it.
If you don't have one, you will be able to edit the Name field. If you're facing any trouble doing it from the app, please email us at info@skillcatapp.com explaining the issue and we will look into it.
