Frequently asked questions
Our 3 day trial is risk free, and we do not require credit card information for the trial, so you will not be automatically charged once it ends.
You will only be charged for a SkillCat membership if you choose a monthly or yearly plan, and submit payment information.

You can subscribe one of two ways: The app or the website.
We also have two subscription types: Monthly for $10/mo, or Yearly for $96/yr
For the website: Please navigate to our payment plan page. There, you will be asked to log in to your account, then you can choose the monthly or yearly plan.
For the app: You should see a banner on the bottom of your app screen that says, "Your free trial has ended. Subscribe now to continue your training! You can tap on that banner to pull up a subscription menu from your App Store or Play Store. There, you can subscribe via Apple or Google, then hop back into your training!

Below are instructions on how to cancel your membership, depending on how you first subscribed. We'll be sad to see you go! Please give us your feedback at info@skillcatapp.com - we're always looking to improve!
For iOS (iOS Instructions)
Go to iPhone Setting > Tap your name (Apple ID) > Subscriptions > Cancel
For Refunds - Please follow these steps to start the process
For Android (Android Instructions)
Go to Google Play app > Tap your profile icon > Payments & Subscriptions > Cancel

Go to the SkillCat web portal > Find the Manage Subscription box on the bottom right > Click on Manage Subscription > Enter in your email address to be sent a direct link to manage your subscription > Follow the instructions in the email to cancel
